1. General Operating Scope
Services are limited to work that can be completed safely within the available equipment, access conditions, and ground-based working methods used by the business.
Requests are reviewed individually before scheduling to determine whether the work falls within service scope.
2. Core Service Limits
The following core service limits apply:
- Scheduled storm cleanup and fallen tree removal (non-emergency)
- Ground-based work only
- Small tree removal up to 30 ft
- Fence line, trail, and property edge clearing
- Seasonal yard cleanup and camp package work
- Winter property checks and light snow services
3. Request Review Process
- The client may submit photos, written job details, or call/text to describe the request.
- The work area, access, and safety considerations are reviewed.
- Jobs are accepted only where the work can be completed safely within service limits.
- If needed, a walkthrough may be required before final scheduling.
4. Jobs That May Be Declined
A job may be declined where it falls outside service limits or cannot be completed safely and reasonably under site conditions.
- Unsafe access or unstable terrain.
- Tree height, density, or site conditions beyond service scope.
- Work requiring crane use or methods not offered.
- Obstacles, structures, or utility conflicts that prevent safe completion.
- Any request that exceeds the business's stated operating limits.
5. If a Project May Exceed These Limits
Clients may still submit job details or photos for review where they are unsure whether the project falls within scope.
If a request is outside current service limits, the job may be declined and the reason may be explained where appropriate.
6. Communication Regarding Service Fit
Service-fit questions, quote reviews, and scheduling discussions may take place by phone, text message, email, or walkthrough where required.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate job details and notifying the business of access limitations, nearby structures, slope, obstacles, or other relevant site conditions.
