1. Quote Requests and Job Review
Quote requests are reviewed based on the information provided by the client, including written descriptions, location details, and any optional photos or attachments.
- Photos may help speed up quote review, but they are not required.
- Quotes are based on the information available at the time of review.
- Final scope of work, pricing, and scheduling may change if site conditions differ from the original description.
- All requests are reviewed against service limits, access conditions, and safety requirements before booking.
2. Service Scope and Limits
- Ground-based work only.
- Scheduled storm cleanup and fallen tree/deadfall work (non-emergency).
- Fence line/trail clearing and seasonal package work where safe access is available.
- Small tree removal up to 30 feet in height.
- No crane work.
- Work may be declined where access, site conditions, or job requirements create safety concerns or exceed service limits.
- Additional limits or exclusions may apply depending on terrain, structures, obstacles, debris volume, or equipment access.
3. Scheduling and Availability
- Requests are generally reviewed in the order received.
- Response times may vary during peak seasonal periods.
- Booking dates are not guaranteed until confirmed directly.
- A walkthrough may be required before final scheduling for certain jobs.
4. Communication
Communication regarding quote requests, follow-up questions, scheduling, service fit, and job details may take place by phone, text message, or email.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for responding to follow-up questions where needed to confirm job scope or access conditions.
5. Pricing and Scope Changes
- Pricing may change if conditions differ materially from the original request.
- Access issues, debris volume, slope, obstacles, or additional work discovered on review may affect final cost.
- Any material scope or pricing adjustment should be confirmed before work proceeds.
6. Right to Decline Service
The business reserves the right to decline, defer, or cancel work where a job falls outside service limits, presents safety concerns, cannot be completed with reasonable access, or is otherwise not a suitable fit for the services offered.
