These terms explain how requests are reviewed, how work is scheduled, and how scope and pricing are confirmed before any job begins.
Quote Requests & Job Review
Quotes are based on the details you provide, including:
- Job description
- Location details
- Photos (optional, but recommended)
Photos help speed up review, but they are not required. Final scope, pricing, and scheduling may change if site conditions differ from the original request.
Service Scope
Work is limited to clearly defined services:
- Scheduled storm cleanup and fallen tree removal (non-emergency)
- Ground-based work only
- Small tree removal up to 30 ft
- Fence line, trail, and property edge clearing
- Seasonal yard cleanup and camp package work
- Winter property checks and light snow services
Scheduling & Availability
- Requests are reviewed in order received.
- Response times may vary during peak periods.
- Booking dates are confirmed only after scheduling review.
- Some jobs may require a walkthrough before final booking.
Communication
We communicate through:
- Phone
- Text
Clients are responsible for providing accurate details and responding to follow-up questions when needed.
Pricing & Scope Changes
Pricing is based on the original request and may change if:
- Access is different than expected
- Debris volume or scope changes
- Additional work is required
Any major changes are confirmed before work proceeds.
When Work May Be Declined
We may decline or defer a job if:
- The request falls outside service limits
- Safety concerns are present
- Access conditions prevent safe completion
If this happens, we will explain clearly.
